Hey, everyone! CoolCat here with another post! And for this week Graciepopstar91 and I have switched roles this week! She did a savory recipe and I will be doing a baking recipe! I have to be honest and admit I don't know how to bake very well. So this recipe might be good for those who can't bake very well also! Here's what you need to make it!
2 boxes of brownie mix with chocolate chips and a Hershey fudge pouch.
1 bag of Hershey chocolate chips.
1 medium to large bag of whole pecans.
*Plus also any items the back of the brownie box calls for*
13'' by 9'' inch glass baking dish.
Here's how you make it!
First you follow the directions on the back of the box.
Then you mix in as many extra chocolate chips as you want.
Then you chop up the pecans into smaller pieces then mix it in with everything else.
Then you bake it as normal! What's great about this recipe is that it makes the batter like a molten lava cake! It's super rich and decadent. The more chocolate chips you put in the more chocolatey it will be. And also if you over cook it the chocolate can become hard!
I hope you enjoyed this recipe! Stay tuned for next weeks recipe!

1 Teaspoon Tamari Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
1 Large egg
3 Slices bread, torn into small pieces

Savory Tuesday: Chicken Fajita's!
Hey, everyone! CoolCat here with another post! As you may or may not know, last Thursday was Cinco De Mayo! So for this week I will be sharing a Mexican recipe. Here's what you need to make it!
4 Whole Chicken Breast.
2 Whole onions.
2 Green bell peppers.
2 Packages of Taco Bells Fajita Seasoning
1 Bottle of vinegar.
1 Package of your choice of tortillas. You can use burrito size or fajita size. We have used both and I personally like the Fajita size better. You can taste everything better without the extra bread.
Sour cream *Optional*
Guacamole *Optional*
Taco Bells Taco Sauce *Optional*
Refried beans *Optional*
1 Block of extra sharp cheese *optional*
Olive Oil.
Here's how you make it!
First you put two cap full's of olive oil in you pan then set it to medium heat.
Then you dice your chicken up and put it in your now hot pan.
Then you let your chicken cook for about 20 minutes.
As your chicken is cooking now would be a good time to slice up your veggies.
Then when the chicken is fully cooked you add in the veggies.
Then now you follow the directions on the back of Taco Bells Seasoning pack. *BUT*
Instead of mixing the seasoning with water you mix it with the vinegar instead.
Then you turn the heat on low then you cover your veggies and let them get nice and soft.
Now it's time to get your toppings ready! You can use the ones I suggested or you can use your own! Some other ideas are diced tomatoes, onions, or jalapenos!
Since I missed last weeks Item Spotlight I will do it now. My item spot light is going to be Taco Bells Fajita seasoning! My family loves this product! We have used it for quite a few years and its a wonderful product! That's it now this Tuesday! Until next time, bye, everyone!

Baking Monday: 3 Ingredient Shortbread Cookies!
Hey everyone! Im really sorry I didn't do any blog posts last week. I plan to get back on track with posting from now on! Anyways, todays baking recipe is 3 Ingredient Shortbread Cookies! Heres what you need, and how you make it.
3 Ingredient Shortbread Cookies
3/4 Cup butter softened*
1/4 Cup sugar
2 Cups AP (all-purpose) flour
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl (or stand mixer) mix together your butter and sugar.
*Helpful Tip: Soften your butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. After, "smush" your butter with your fingers to soften it more, and to see if it needs more time in the microwave.
Add in your flour and then mix it up. The dough might be pretty crumbly, and if it is, add in about 1 to 2 tablespoons (or more if needed) of butter. Put the dough on a large pastry mat and roll the dough out and make sure its about 1/2 inch thick. With a round medium sized cookie cutter (or square) cut out your dough. Then with a toothpick, poke about 5-7 holes in each cookie. Put parchment paper on a cookie sheet and then put your cookies on it. Put your cookies in the oven for about 7-12 minutes. it all depends on how fast your oven cooks. When your cookies are done, let them cool for about 10 minutes or so, serve, and enjoy!
I hope you enjoyed this recipe! Stay tuned tomorrow for CoolCat's savory recipe!

Savory Tusday: Spicy Turkey Burgers!
Hey, everyone! CoolCat here with another post! And for today's recipe I will be sharing with you a spicy turkey burger recipe! This is a super simple recipe that my mom came up with when she's looking for something spicy. And don't worry, for I have an replacement for those who don't like the spice. Here's what you need to make it.
One package of extra lean ground turkey.
One jalapeno, diced.
And your choice of burger seasoning. I use Weber's Garlic Herb Mixture. And my mom uses Tony Chachere's
And if you like it extra spicy you can add Cayenne Pepper to your burger.
And for all the people who don't like spice you can use diced onion instead of jalapenos.
Olive Oil.
Black Pepper.
Here's how to cook it!
First you dice up your jalapenos or your onions into VERY small pieces. If they are to large they wont stay inside of your burger.
Then you pour in about a cap full of olive oil in your pan and turn it to medium heat.
Then you take your jalapenos or onions and mold them into your burger meat.
Then you add your burgers into your now hot pan then you season them with your own seasonings or the ones I suggested.
Then you cook until they are fully done, which would be about 15 to 25 minutes.
Then you could add on your favorite cheeses and toppings. For an extra super spice burger you could top it with cheddar jack cheese with pickled jalapenos. Or you can use your go-to toppings.
I hope you enjoyed this weeks savory Tuesday and I will see you all Thursday for my Item Spotlight!

Savory Thursday Plus a Item Spotlight!
Hey, guys! CoolCat here with another post! I'm really sorry I didn't do my savory post on Tuesday. After this post I will be back to posting on Tuesday for my savory posts and Thursday for my item spotlight post. This week's savory recipe is going to be CoolCat's Famous Chili! This recipe came from my Nana and when I started to really love to cook I started to tweak it. Here's what you need to make it!
1 large bottle of Ragu Spaghetti Sauce.
4 cans of Dark Red Kidney Beans.
4 cans of Diced tomatoes. We use the Garlic basil and oregano diced tomatoes.
2 small cans of tomato paste.
1-2 packages of chili seasoning. If we use one large bottle of spaghetti sauce and a small jar we will use two packages.
Black pepper.
Garlic powder.
Onion powder.
Olive oil.
1 package of extra lean ground turkey. You can use any meat you want. We use turkey because my mom only eats chicken breast and turkey. If you are to use different meats ground beef and Italian sausage work wonderful together for a recipe like this.
1 box of crackers *optional*
1 container of sour cream *optional*
1 small block of extra sharp cheddar cheese. *optional*
1 box of garlic bread *optional*
Here's how to make it!
First you want to brown your meat. I suggest browning it in the same pot you will later use for your chili. Why? Because when you season the meat all the flavor that's in the pot will go right back to your chili.
Once you have your pot out pour in about a cap full of olive oil and turn the pot up on medium heat. When the pot is hot put in your meat. Then season it with your black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. I suggest seasoning it to your personal liking. Then ground the meat up with your spatula and brown until cooked.
Then when the meat is brown and cooked pour in your spaghetti sauce, kidney beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, and chili seasoning. Then you just simmer until hot. While it simmers you can also get ready your chili fixings and cook your garlic bread. You can use other fixings to such as diced onions, or diced jalapenos!
My item spotlight for this week is going to be Ragu's Spaghetti sauce! It's a wonderful brand my family has been using for years.
Until next time, bye everyone!

Baking Monday: Chocolate Chip Cookies!
Hey hey everyone! Graciepopstar91 here! Today, I will be telling you how to make chocolate chip cookies! I always make these for a Bible study Me, and my parents go to! Their always a big hit! Heres how you make them.
3/4 Cup sugar
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
1 Cup (two sticks) butter softened*
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Large egg
2 1/4 Cup AP (All-Purpose) flour
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Half of a bag of chocolate chips (or just eyeball it to your liking...)
Preheat oven to 375 fahrenheit.
In a large bowl or KitchenAid stand mixer, mix together your sugars, butter, vanilla extract, and egg on medium low speed.
*Helpful Tip: Soften your butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. After, "smush" your butter with your fingers to soften it more, and to see if it needs more time in the microwave.
Add to your wet ingredients (your sugars, butter, vanilla, egg mixture), your flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix together on medium low speed. The dough may seem a bit crumbly, but if you mix it long enough it will mix together into a ball. Im not sure if this tip would work with a handheld mixer. It might though?
Put parchment onto 2 large cookie sheets. With a cookie scoop, fill it up with dough and then roll the ball in your hands and put it on the cookie sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A lot of times, people wonder how I make these cookies so good, and really, I've been wondering myself! But I think the secret is.... Precise measurement! With baking you have to be very precise so it will turn out good!
I hope you enjoyed this weeks recipe! Stay tuned tomorrow for CoolCat's savory recipe!
